The NoCo Grinders are a competitive, 11U travel baseball team based out of Wellington, Colorado.
Our mission:
We are taking a whole-minded approach to create whole-minded players & people and building an environment and culture that will develop winners on and off the field. To make player and family communication an integral part of our organization. Using the three training gears of mindset, attitude & skills to coach high-character individuals in a competitive baseball setting.
